Shipping and delivery policy

Books, narrated hymns and other content are delivered digitally. After your payment is confirmed, access is activated in your account, normally straight away.

If your access does not appear within a short time of a successful payment, sign out and sign in again, and then contact us through the details on this page with your payment date.

We do not ship printed or physical products through this Platform. If you need a printed copy of anything, contact us to ask whether one is available.
