The Platform is owned by VIBITHA RAGHUNATH, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at B2G, Isha Armonia Apartment, Vilankurichi Road, Cheran Ma Nagar, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India (the Platform Owner, we, us or our).

Your use of the Platform, its services and tools is governed by these Terms of Use, including the policies incorporated by reference. If you make a purchase or subscribe, the policies that apply to that transaction also apply. By using the Platform you contract with the Platform Owner, and these terms and policies are binding on you.

Terms you propose that add to or conflict with these Terms of Use are rejected and have no effect. We may change these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.

By accessing, browsing or using the Platform, you agree to all these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Unauthorised use of the Platform or the Services may lead to action under these Terms and applicable law.

You agree to pay the charges associated with the Services you choose. Membership charges are shown on the pricing and subscription pages when you start, and renew monthly until cancelled, as described in our refund and cancellation policy.

You agree not to use the Platform or the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in a way forbidden by these Terms or the laws of India or your local laws.

The Platform may link to third-party websites. When you follow them, their terms and privacy policies apply. The links are provided for your convenience.

When you start a transaction for the Services, you enter a legally binding contract with the Platform Owner for those Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates and group companies, and their officers, directors, agents and employees, against any claim, demand, action or penalty, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or other policies, your violation of any law, or your infringement of a third party's rights.

Neither party is liable for failing to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them, or their enforceability, are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
